We take your privacy seriously and handle your personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Who we are. Curated Silver is run by Courtney, Apartment 4, Granville House, 11 Ripon Road, Harrogate HG1 2JA, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the details you give us.
- What we collect and why. Only your name and email address, which we use solely to send you the Curated Silver mailing list you asked for. We rely on your consent to do this, and we keep a record of when you gave it.
- We never share or sell your data. Your details are not sold, rented or passed to anyone else for their own use.
- Keeping it safe. We take all reasonable steps to protect your details. They are stored encrypted in secure Amazon Web Services data centres in London, and access is restricted to us.
- Unsubscribing. Every email we send includes a link to unsubscribe, or you can email admin@curatedsilver.com. When you unsubscribe we remove your details immediately.
- Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by emailing admin@curatedsilver.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
